EXPERIENCE CHAMPAIGN-URBANA, DESTINATION 2027 STRATEGIC PLAN

Destination 2027, the three-year Strategic Plan for Experience Champaign-Urbana was completed in 2024. In partnership with Whereabout Destination Strategies, Stacy provided urban planning, tourism, public engagement, and project management expertise to co-lead the creation of a Strategic Plan to set a vision and guide the organization through the next few eyars. The work included a stakeholder survey, interviews with key partners, a focus group with the organization’s Board and Foundation Board, a two-day strategic planning retreat session, organization restructure support, and on-going implementation.

cITY OF GRANTS PASS

In partnership with Civic* Possible, Stacy Humphrey supported a process to craft a Road Map for Downtown Grants Pass to build systems for revitalizing downtown and enhancing trust and connections within the community. The effort was initiated by Visit Grants Pass with funding from Travel Oregon. The effort included community engagement, a current state assessment, planning workshops, and extensive research to craft the final report with alternatives for the path ahead.

League of oregon cities

2022-2027 Organizational Strategic Plan, completed for the League of Oregon Cities in 2022 while employed at Coraggio Group. A Board-led process, informed by a state-wide survey of Mayors, Council Presidents, and City Administrators led to the creation and adoption of a five-year Organizational Strategic Plan that addresses the complex and critical issues confronted by Oregon’s cities.

Park City & Summit county ut

Sustainable Tourism Plan, completed for the Park City Chamber/Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2022 while employed at Coraggio Group. A community-engagement process, a thorough GSTC Assessment, and a series of workshops with a diverse Stewardship Council facilitated the development of a cutting-edge Sustainable Tourism Plan that incorporates a Vision for the destination, five Stewardship Principles, rigorous internal and external measures, and a series of seven Sustainable Tourism Objectives for Park City and Summit County, which are cross-referenced to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
